Extended information Cookie Policy

We use cookies to make our site easier and more intuitive. The data collected through cookies are used to make the browsing experience more enjoyable and more efficient in the future.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files sent from the site to the interested party's terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the site at the next visit by the same user.

A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from local support (PC, Laptop, Mobile, Tablet, etc.) of the user or transmit computer viruses or acquire email addresses. Each cookie is associated with the user's web browser. Some of the functions of the cookies can be linked to other technologies. Both the term 'cookie' and the cookies themselves are indicated below, both similar technologies.

Type of cookies

Cookies can be first or third party, where for “first part” we mean the cookies that report the site as a domain, while for “Part Three” we mean cookies that are related to external domains.

Third party cookies are necessarily installed by an external party, always defined as “Part Three”, not managed by the site. These subjects may possibly also install first-party cookies, by saving your cookies on the site domain.

Nature of cookies

Regarding the nature of cookies, there are different types:

Technical cookies

Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of “carry out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service” (cf.. art. 122, comma 1, of the Code). They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the owner or manager of the website. They can be divided into:
• navigation or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (permitting, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas); they are in fact necessary for the proper functioning of the site;
• cookie analytics, similar to technical cookies when used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, the number of users and how they visit the site, in order to improve the performance of the site;
• functionality cookies, that allow the user to browse according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the tongue, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same. The prior consent of users is not required for the installation of these cookies (see paragraph “Cookie management”).

Profiling cookies

Profiling cookies are designed to create user profiles and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user in the context of surfing the net. The consent of the interested party is required for the use of profiling cookies. The user can authorize or deny consent to the installation of cookies through the options provided in the section “Cookie management”. In case of third party cookies, the site has no direct control of individual cookies and cannot control them (it cannot install them directly or delete them). However, you can manage these cookies through your browser settings (follow the instructions below), or the sites indicated in the section “Cookie management”.

The user is therefore invited to check on the website of the third party indicated in the table below.
